Hello, riders! If you require service on your bicycle during this time of social distancing, we do have a procedure in place that still maintains “zero contact” for the health and safety of all customers and staff.

Here’s how’s we provide service:

Simply contact us to schedule a drop-off time for your bike. We’ll complete service in a timely fashion and follow up with you with a pick-up time and make arrangements for payment. We’ll place your bicycle in our rack outside the service door just minutes before your scheduled time. Products can also be purchased using the same method.

With your cooperation, we’ll get through this tough time together, and keep you riding. We are always here to answer your questions by phone and e-mail.
